The property at 75A Ave. And 138St. on the ne corner the two locking doors have been disabled and one lock has been completely removed. Various of the metal bars of the railing are missing. The old doorway down the staircase has been sealed shut. The area there is covered in graffiti and there is the smell of urine and feces and there are used needles, empty beer cans and garbage. In the past I have seen groups of 2-4 men drinking beer just above it. On occ. I see RCMP officers talking to these ppl and I never see them again. I park my RV on the same block and just this week someone climbed on the roof and tore off the roof vent. In the past 3 years it has been broken into once, been tagged once, and someone ripped off my insurance tag and broke one of the storage handles. I believe these incidents are related to drug use in the area. For some reason the owner of the building has put in a new set of concrete steps leading to the area even though there is no reason for anyone to use it. Strange. I have noticed at that building on Sundays some ppl showing up and dropping off food when I talk to them they are forthright and polite someone else picks it up. Today the dude dropped off a black plastic bag that had something like ginseng sticking out seen it before. You are in Canada we have the Surrey Food Bank which I contribute to and I sometimes see the overflowing donations at Superstore for. Lots of ppl washout of HA nation.
